Refund Policy

Thank you for doing your business with Asrama Pelajar.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

For the purposes of this Refund Policy :

  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Asrama Pelajar, accessible from https://asramapelajar.biz.my/
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

REFUND AFTER THE BOOKING PAYMENT IS MADE

We practice no-refund policy for any booking made. However, you may request for refund in any exceptional situation, by informing Us the clear statement of why the refund is needed. You may inform us of the statement by emailing us a formal letter at info.asramapelajar@gmail.com.
REFUND AFTER END-OF-ACCOMMODATION-TERM

Once the accommodation term has been completed, you may return both the house keys and smart key to the management office. After the process has been cleared, we will release the refund of the deposit that will include the amount of Security, Utilities and Smart Card payment.

In any of the cases above, We reserve the rights to refuse refund upon finding the return conditions that does not meet the agreed requirements.
